It\u2019s all a state of mind. Yet, so many people have immersed themselves into the victim mentality, that they do not even realize it. I was one of them, until I saw what I was doing and I started choosing differently.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n I would ask you to notice where in your life you are being the \u2018victim\u2019; sometimes it\u2019s hidden in every-day language. Most people have automatically come to believe their negative victim thoughts. Once you start noticing it in yourself and in others, you can start challenging it \u2013 and from there you can choose to change it. Being the victim has become normal, but who says that normal is also natural or beneficial? We can consciously choose to follow our own path, the path of our hearts, the road less traveled.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
