INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

If you prefer to work ‘alone’ that can be done either online or in person. Sessions work best in packages of at least 6 weeks and up to a year. The greater the commitment, the greater the transformation and the results.

Before any coaching agreement, the first step is to have a discovery call whereby I will help you identify:

  • Your needs
  • The desired outcomes
  • Your ideal personalized path to the desired outcomes

If we are a good fit, that first step works really well, as it sets a good foundation for the work to follow.

Packages on offer are as follows:

1) Coaching sessions based on the transformational understanding of the 3 Principles:

  • One-off sessions
  • Package of 6 hours

2) Breath work sessions offered either in English or in Greek (some available in 9D)
