BREATH WORK
Expand your consciousness… travel inside through your senses…
activate your inner healer… discover your true, beautiful and strong self
Get ready to experience a rapid reconfiguration in the body and mind.
Breath work - plant medicine and hypnosis aside - is the third most effective and natural way to access the subconscious, release trapped emotions and traumas, and help to rewire the brain in a healthy way that can support us.
Breath work offers:
- Trauma healing at a somatic level
- Belief clearing and subconscious reprogramming
- Access to alternate states of consciousness
- Nervous system regulation
- Mood and emotional regulation
- Self-awareness
- Expanded perspective
After 15-20 minutes of conscious connected breathing, we willingly cause a phenomenon called transient hypofrontality - temporarily our monkey mind, our analytical mind, our inner critic, shuts down and we enter into the Theta brainwave state. In this state, we experience a deeper good feeling, that place we can feel at home in, where we know that we are safe, supported, taken care of and guided no matter what…where we feel contentment, euphoria and bliss.
When in the state of Quiet Mind, aka the 'Mind of Flow', not only do we feel better, but we also do better. As we quiet down, we gain access to the deeper dimensions of our minds from inside our bodies; we become more intelligent, responsive, intuitive, imaginative, creative, and productive. New ideas and empowering thoughts may replace any unconscious limiting beliefs that have been holding us back for years. We literally go out of our ‘little’ minds and into our optimal ‘operating system’, where we can be fully present, hyper focus and receive nuggets of higher intelligence.
In a state of transcendence, our understanding can be taken to another level. Among other things, we experience alternate states of consciousness so that we can see ourselves and the world with fresh eyes and a broader perspective. In addition, we create a deeper relationship with our inner healer. All this is combined with healing music and sounds, guided meditation and visualization.
After breath work journeys, people are reported to feel joyful, alive, free, activated and expansive.
